Meet The Mentor
Kexin Xu is the founder and executive director of RISE2GETHER. She has over 15 years of experience in tech across product management, machine learning and data analytics roles.
She is also the founder of K&L Consulting focusing on helping small- to mid-size businesses to grow with AI solutions

Submit Your Application
Deadline: July 31st, 2026
Submit you application by August 1st. As part of your application, please share how you have contributed to the community you care about and how you hope to pay it forward by uplifting and empowering other Asian women as you grow in your own journey.
Step 2
Application Decision
Decision by: August 24th, 2026
You will receive an email with the final decision. If approved, the email will also include a payment link to confirm your spot in the program.
Step 3
Onboarding Email
Onboarding: August 29th, 2026
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with an onboarding email containing all the program details, key dates, and next steps.
Step 4
Program Kickoff
Start Date: September 19th, 2026
You'll join all mentors and mentees across every cohort for a kickoff session to get to know one another, learn more about the program, and have all your questions answered.

We don’t know each company’s policy, but many tech companies offer a “training and education” budget to support employees’ career growth. We highly encourage applicants to speak with their managers about using this benefit - after all, courage and self-advocacy are the very first steps in leadership.

Yes, all program sessions are held in person. We deeply believe in the power of gathering face-to-face, where it’s easier for everyone to feel heard, seen, and valued.
To further support participants, we may also offer optional online office hours between sessions to collect feedback and check in, ensuring the program is as impactful and supportive as possible.

Meet in person for 3 hours each month for 6 months, Sep-Mar. Also meet in person for the kick-off party and celebration party.
Please make sure you can attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions to make sure you can get most out of this program
