We don’t know each company’s policy, but many tech companies offer a “training and education” budget to support employees’ career growth. We highly encourage applicants to speak with their managers about using this benefit - after all, courage and self-advocacy are the very first steps in leadership.

Yes, all program sessions are held in person. We deeply believe in the power of gathering face-to-face, where it’s easier for everyone to feel heard, seen, and valued.

To further support participants, we may also offer optional online office hours between sessions to collect feedback and check in, ensuring the program is as impactful and supportive as possible.

Meet in person for 3 hours each month for 6 months, Sep-Mar. Also meet in person for the kick-off party and celebration party.

Please make sure you can attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions to make sure you can get most out of this program
