RISE2GETHER was born from our own lived experiences - the challenges, the isolation, and the uphill battles we faced as Asian women in our careers.
We know there had to be a better way forward for the next generation. That’s why we created a space where community, connection, and support come first.

Kexin brings over a decade of experience in tech, product leadership, and data science, along with a deep commitment to equity and community empowerment. As the founder of RISE2GETHER, she has been a driving force behind its mission to uplift and empower Asian women in the workplace.

Hue Chiang

Hue Chiang is a seasoned business leader and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in healthcare operations and manufacturing across multiple industries. Throughout her career, Hue has demonstrated a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion, mentoring emerging leaders, and advocating for underrepresented communities.
