    Build an AI-powered solution with your cohort — from idea to working prototype, real users, and a live demo at graduation.

Kick-off Party

Orientation | Cohort Mixer
Mingle with all mentees and mentors to get to know each other. We will give a thorough overview of everything you need to know about the program in next six month and host Q+A, so you are set up for success.

Effective Communication

The best ideas only create impact when they are clearly understood. Participants will learn how to communicate with clarity, structure their thoughts, and adapt their communication style for different audiences — whether it's peers or managers

Ask for Help

Mentor – Kun Qian
Many new graduates believe asking for help is a sign of weakness, when in reality it is one of the fastest ways to learn and grow. Participants will learn how to identify the right people to ask, how to ask thoughtful questions, and how to leverage mentors, peers, and AI tools to accelerate learning and problem-solving.

High performers don't wait to be told what to do — they take ownership of outcomes. This session will focus on building trust through reliability, learning from mistakes, and developing a mindset that prioritizes solutions over excuses.

A transformative workshop designed to help early career professionals overcome self-doubt, embrace their strengths, and show up with authenticity. Participants gain practical tools and mindset shifts to speak up, take initiative, and pursue opportunities with self-assurance.
