Click the "Apply" button below to fill out the application form. You’ll be asked to share your job title, industry, years of experience, and why you're interested in joining this program.

Step 2
Review & Notification

Decision by: September 23
You’ll receive an email with the de and a payment link. All applicants will be notified by October 5.

Step 3
Confirm & Make Payment

Deadline: September 26
To confirm your spot, complete the payment using the secure link provided in your acceptance email. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation.

Step 4
Program Kickoff

Start Date: September 27
Get ready for an inspiring 6-month journey! You’ll be added to a group chat with your cohort to meet each other, connect with your mentor, and receive details about your first in-person session.

  • Asian women professionals who are:

    • No matter early-career, mid-career preparing for their first people management position or people manager advancing their career

    • Seeking culturally aware mentorship and leadership development

    • Ready to build confidence, influence, and a strong professional network

    • Committed to active participation and peer support in a small cohort setting

    • Giving back to community by volunteering or supporting other Asian women at work and beyond

  • We don’t know each company’s policy, but many tech companies offer a “training and education” budget to support employees’ career growth. We highly encourage applicants to speak with their managers about using this benefit - after all, courage and self-advocacy are the very first steps in leadership.

  • Yes, all program sessions are held in person. We deeply believe in the power of gathering face-to-face, where it’s easier for everyone to feel heard, seen, and valued.

    To further support participants, we may also offer optional online office hours between sessions to collect feedback and check in, ensuring the program is as impactful and supportive as possible.

  • Meet in person for 3 hours each month for 6 months, Sep-Mar. Also meet in person for the kick-off party and celebration party.

    Please make sure you can attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions to make sure you can get most out of this program

  • We will review your application and let you know our decision by early Oct.

    At RISE2GETHER, we value community contribution a lot, so we are looking for people who love supporting their community as well.

  • No cancellation or refund after payment, so please apply accordingly.

    Engagement is critical to the program success and we require that participants will attend at least 5 out of 6 sessions to ensure program success
