Asking for help is not a weakness - it’s a leadership skill that fuels growth, collaboration, and impact. Early career professionals often feel pressure to “figure it out alone,” but the truth is, the best leaders know when and how to ask for support. In this session, we’ll reframe help-seeking as a strength, share practical ways to make confident and effective asks, and explore how this skill accelerates learning and builds trust.
