A focused session helping first-time managers shift from an individual contributor mindset to thinking strategically about team impact. Participants will learn how to delegate effectively, empower others, and make decisions that drive collective success.

Mentor - Kexin Xu
A practical session designed to help first-time Asian women managers navigate the art of feedback with confidence and empathy. Participants will learn how to deliver constructive feedback effectively, receive input gracefully, and foster a culture of trust and continuous growth within their teams.

A targeted session designed to help first-time Asian women managers build confidence, credibility, and influence in leadership roles. A hands-on session designed to help first-time Asian women managers build allyship and sponsorship. Participants will learn strategies to connect with peers, cross-functional partners, and leaders, building a strong network to support their leadership journey.
