Orientation | Cohort Mixer
Mingle with all mentees and mentors to get to know each other. Share your thoughts and expectations of this program because we want to make sure it works for you!

Effective Communication
Mentor - Hue Chiang
An interactive session designed to help senior Asian women communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. Participants will learn strategies to express ideas effectively, adapt to different audiences, and build influence through both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Influence without Authority
Mentor - Vivian Wang
A hands-on workshop that equips Asian women professionals with strategies to drive impact, build trust, and inspire collaboration even when they don’t have formal authority. Participants will learn how to leverage relationships, credibility, and communication to effectively influence decisions and outcomes.

Navigate Ambiguity
Mentor - Rachel Zhao
As you advance in your career, navigating ambiguity becomes an essential leadership skill. This session will focus on how to manage up/across effectively -building alignment with your manager, asking the right questions, and gaining clarity in uncertain situations. Learn practical strategies to strengthen trust and influence so you can move forward with confidence and impact.

Mentor - Xin Sun
A skills-based session that empowers Asian women leaders to approach conflict with confidence and empathy. Participants will learn techniques to navigate difficult conversations, address disagreements constructively, and transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and stronger collaboration.

Mentor - Allison Pan
An engaging workshop designed to help Asian women leaders cultivate authentic, trust-based relationships that foster collaboration and open doors to new opportunities. Participants will gain practical skills to expand their networks, strengthen connections, and build lasting professional partnerships.

Mentor - Kexin Xu
A transformative session that helps Asian women leaders develop the confidence, clarity, and credibility needed to inspire trust and influence. Participants will practice strategies to strengthen their communication, body language, and leadership presence to command the room with authenticity and impact.
