Through our annual summit, leadership programs, member community, AI hackathons, and both online and offline workshops, we provide resources, support networks, and actionable tools that empower Asian women to break barriers, lead with confidence, and thrive.
Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Volunteer Social Media Designer to bring RISE2GETHER’s stories and initiatives to life through compelling visuals. In this role, you will design engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and event promotions that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our community. Working closely with the marketing team, you will transform ideas into visually impactful content and develop templates to streamline future campaigns. Your work will play a key role in strengthening RISE2GETHER’s online presence and inspiring our global community of Asian women.
Responsibilities
As a Volunteer Social Media Designer, you will:
Design engaging graphics and visuals for social media posts, newsletters, and event promotions
Ensure designs align with RISE2GETHER’s branding and style guidelines
Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into eye-catching content that resonates with our community
Create templates for recurring campaigns to make future content easier to design and publish
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring most of the following:
Experience or strong interest in graphic design (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools)
Eye for clean, inspiring, and community-focused design
Creativity and ability to communicate ideas visually
Passion for women’s empowerment and community impact
Time commitment:
Volunteer basis, ~2–4 hours per week (flexible, remote-friendly)
