This showcase is open to Asian women–owned or Asian women–led businesses, including product-based and service-based brands. We welcome founders at all stages, from early-stage to established businesses, as long as there is alignment with our community values.

No. Vendor spots are limited, and applications are reviewed and curated to ensure a balanced mix of businesses and a high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees.

Not at all. We welcome early-stage, pre-launch, and established businesses. What matters most is clarity of offering and alignment with the purpose of the showcase.

Yes. Vendors may sell products, take bookings, or promote services during the event. Please note that food and beverage vendors may be subject to additional requirements or permits.

At this time, booths are intended for one business per vendor. If you have a special collaboration or shared concept in mind, please note it in your application for review.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected vendors will receive a confirmation email with next steps, package details, and payment instructions. If you are not selected, you will also be notified.

Yes. During the review process, our team may recommend a different vendor level to ensure the best fit. Final placement will be confirmed before payment is collected.
