Role Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onsite Volunteer Lead to support the successful execution of our career panel events. In this role, you will guide volunteers through key on-site logistics, including transporting event materials when needed, coordinating dessert and check-in table setup, and arranging the room layout with chairs to ensure a welcoming and organized environment. You will also oversee post-event wrap-up activities, including cleanup and returning materials. Working closely with the event team, you will help maintain smooth operations and create a positive experience for attendees. Your strong organizational and communication skills, proactive mindset, and passion for community building will directly support RISE2GETHER’s mission of empowering women in their career growth.
Responsibilities
As an Onsite Volunteer Lead, you will:
Lead volunteers during the career panel:
Transport event materials (e.g., swag) when needed
Dessert table set up
Check-in table set up
Room set up with chairs
Post-Event Wrap-Up:
Oversee cleanup and return event materials
