Kick-off Party
Orientation | Cohort Mixer
Mingle with all mentees and mentors to get to know each other. We will give a thorough overview of everything you need to know about the program in next six month and host Q+A, so you are set up for success.

Effective Communication

As responsibilities grow, communication becomes even more important. Participants will learn how to deliver concise updates, present ideas persuasively, and communicate with greater confidence and influence.

Think Beyond Tasks

Move from “I completed my work” to understanding why the work matters. Connect projects to customer/business goals, identify problems proactively, and start thinking like an owner.

Speak up effectively in meetings, structure an opinion, disagree constructively, ask strong questions, and communicate with confidence without needing to be the loudest person.

Get people to support an idea when you don't manage them. Understand stakeholder motivations, build credibility, create buy-in, and navigate disagreement.
